Laurie Carullo had supported herself and daughters by working in
support positions for many years, but she longed for a secure future
and retirement. In a bold step, she quit her job and purchased Nata's
Noodles, a producer, wholesaler and retailer of fresh pasta.
Sales increased rapidly under Carullo's management, and she soon
