Nata's Specialty Raviolis
Gorgonzola & Walnut Ravioli
Natas
perfect 100% Durum Wheat pasta is filled with a delectable mixture of
Gorgonzola cheese, walnut meats, herbs and spices that when served to your family or guests will be a delight to their senses, especially their tase buds. Magnifico!
Cooking Instructions To a large pot of boiling water add 1 level tablespoon of salt and the ravioli, about 3 to 4 per serving, while gently stirring to prevent them from sticking. When the ravioli come to a boil reduce heat to medium-low and simmer 10 to 12 minutes, stirring occasionally until pasta is al dente and strain.
Presentation Arrange ravioli on plate, top with your favotite sauce or as we have done here with melted butter, a basil chiffonade and drizzle with a balsamic glaze. Serve with a green tossed salad. Garnish with roasted red pepper or pimento.
Eggplant Caponata Ravioli
A savory blend of Oven Roasted Eggplant, Sun Dried Tomatoes, Kalamata Olives, Capers, Parmesan, Garlic and Herbs wrapped in a plump pillow of Nata's 100% Durum Wheat Pasta.

Southwestern Style Corn and Bean Ravioli
A savory
blend of corn, beans, chiles, cheese, herbs and spices with just a hint
of heat! They can be served with a variety of sauces from a butter and
cilantro to chipotle or salsa or any of your favorites as well.

cooked and served in the traditional method or deep / skillet fried for
serving at parties or summertime entertainment fun. We think once
