Favorite Sauce, Pesto & Salsa Recipes

Applesauce
Yield: 2 cups
3 Macintosh Apples
2 Granny Smith Apples
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 tsp. Nutmeg
2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 tsp. Brown Sugar
1-2 Tbsp. Water, as needed
Peel, core and chop the apples. Place in a pan with
the lemon juice and water. Simmer for 30-45 minutes or until the apples
have turned to mush. Remove from the stove and add the rest of the
ingredients. Stir well and Refrigerate.
