lb. Sea Scallops
1 Tbsp. Chili Garlic Sauce 2
tsp. Soy Sauce
1 Scallion, sliced 1 Tbsp. Lime Juice 2 tsp. Lemon Juice 1 tsp. Garlic 1 tsp. Ginger
Combine
all of the ingredients except the scallops in a bowl. Divide the sauce
into two and mix half with the scallops. Have you grill preheated to
medium. Grill the scallops until they are fully cooked. Serve with the
Asian slaw and puddle the remaining sauce on the plate.
