Heat the butter in a pan until hot. Peel
the bananas
and place them into the pan whole. Cook on each side until golden
brown. Remove from the pan and serve with Crème de Papaya and
garnish with cinnamon. Serve.
Creme de Papaya

1 Cup Vanilla Ice Cream 1 Tbsp. Crème de Cassis
Peel
papaya and remove seeds. Cut in small pieces. Put in blender with
ice-cream and Crème de Cassis. Blend well until smooth. Serve with
Banana Frita.
