3 Step BBQ Chicken
Serves 4-6
6 Chicken Breasts, bone in
1 X BBQ Chicken Marinade
1 X BBQ Chicken Rub
1 X BBQ Sauce
Marinate the chicken for 2-6 hours in the
refrigerator. Preheat oven to 350º. Remove the chicken from
the marinade and pat dry with a paper towel. Liberaly apply the rub to
the chicken and place on a baking sheet. Place in the oven for 20-30
minutes, depending on how large the chicken is. While the chicken is
cooking preheat your grill. If you prefer to cook the chicken on the
grill from raw, make sure that the heat is not very high, and keep the
chicken on a higher rack. After the chicken is out of the oven, take it
to the grill and apply the sauce. Place the chicken on the grill and
continue to baste the chicken with the sauce while it finishes cooking.
Cook for another 10-15 minutes or untill the chicken is fully cooked.
When the chicken is finished remove from the grill and brush with some
sauce and serve.
