Favorite Dessert Recipes

Individual Berry Tiramisu
Serves 4
16 Lady Fingers
1/2 cup Espresso
1/4 cup Brandy
8 oz. Mascarpone, softened
1/2 cup Heavy Cream, whipped
2 Tbsp. Sugar
3 oz. Bitter-Sweet Chocolate, grated
4 oz. Raspberries
4 oz. Blueberries
4 oz. Strawberries
4 oz. Blackberries
Lemon Zest for garnish
Combine the whipped cream, mascarpone and 3/4 of the
sugar in a bowl and mix well. Combine the espresso and brandy in a
separate bowl. Add 1/4 of the espresso mixture to the mascarpone
mixture and mix well. Combine the berries and the remaining sugar in a
separate bowl. Drizzle the remaining espresso mixture over the lady
fingers. In a large stem glass stand 4 of the lady fingers up. Spoon or
pipe some of the mascarpone mixture into the bottom of the glass.
Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Spoon some of the berry mixture into
the glass. Pipe some more mascarpone into the glass followed by
chocolate and more berries. Garnish with chocolate and lemon zest and
serve.
