Favorite Salads and Dressing Recipes
Bleu Cheese Dressing
Yield: 2 cups
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/2 cup Bleu Cheese
1 Tbsp. Parsley
2 tsp. Onion, minced
2 tsp. Garlic, minced
juice of 1/2 Lemon
dash of Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients except
the bleu cheese. After the dressing is thoroughly mixed fold in the
bleu cheese and refrigerate overnight. Store in the refrigerator for up
to two weeks.
