Favorite Salads and Dressing Recipes

Asian Broccoli Slaw
Serves 6
3 cups Broccoli Stalks, peeled & shredded
3/4 cup Carrots, shredded
1 cup Purple Cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup Scallions, sliced
3 Tbsp. Rice Wine Vinegar
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
2 tsp. Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp. Garlic
1 1/2 tsp. Ginger
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. Sesame Seeds (White or Black)
Combine the vinegar, soy sauce, lemon juice, sesame
oil, garlic and ginger in a bowl and mix well. Add the mayo and whisk
until combined. Season with salt and pepper and put aside. Combine all
of the vegetables in a large bowl and mix well. Add the dressing to the
vegetables and toss together. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve or
refrigerate.
