Brussel Sprouts with Dill Butter
Serves 4
1 lb. Brussel Sprouts
1/2 stick Butter
1 Tbsp. Dill, fresh, chopped
2 tsp. Shallots, minced
1 tsp. Lemon Zest
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook the brussel sprouts in boiling water until they
are fully cooked. Using a towel and a knife, cut the brussel sprouts in
half and place into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. Mix well
and serve. |
