2 slices Multi Grain Bread 2 oz. Swiss 3
slices Bacon
2 slices Tomato 1 oz. Caramelized Onion 2 tsp. Butter
Butter
one side of each piece of bread. Place one slice of bread butter side
down in a sauté pan. Place half the Swiss on the bread and then place
the bacon onion and tomato on the cheese. Put the other half of the
cheese on the bread and top with the remaining piece of bread butter
side up. Put the pan on a burner set to medium heat. Cook until golden
brown on one side and flip the sandwich over. Cook until golden brown
and serve.
