Burger Sliders
Serves 4

1 lb. Ground Sirloin                        
1/4 cup Caramelized Onion, diced                
2 Tbsp. Garlic, minced                  
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce                  
Salt and Pepper to taste              
12 Slider Rolls
Condiments of your choice


    Combine the meat, garlic, worcestershire, onion, salt and pepper in a bowl. Form into 1 1/2” patties and cook on a preheated grill until your desired doneness. Meanwhile toast the rolls and place on a plate. Place the cooked patties on the rolls and top with the condiments of your choics.
