Hog’s Head Butterbeer
Serves 2
3/4 cup Cream Soda
2 tsp. Root Beer
3/4 Milk
3 Tbsp. Butterscotch Topping
1 Tbsp. Butter
3 grates Nutmeg
3 Mini Marshmallows
1 tsp. Cocoa for sprinkling
Add the milk, butterscotch, nutmeg and butter to a pan and
bring to a boil. In a bowl put the two sodas and add the butterscotch
mixture carefully as it will froth. Stir once and ladle into cups. Add
marshmallows, sprinkle with coco and serve warm.
