Favorite Sauce, Pesto & Salsa Recipes

Cajun Remoulade
Yield: 3/4 cup
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 tsp. Capers, chopped
2 tsp. Scallions, chopped
1 Tbsp. Parsley, chopped
1/2 Lemon, juiced
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
1 or 2 dashes Tabasco Sauce
2 tsp. Creole Seasoning
1 tsp. Creole or Whole Grain Mustard
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and combine. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
