Favorite Side Dish Recipes

Champ
Serves 4
3 large Russet Potatoes
2 Tbsp. Scallions, sliced
1 Tbsp. Chives, chopped
2 tsp. Garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. Butter
1/4 cup Heavy Cream
Salt and White Pepper to taste
Peel and boil the potatoes until they are soft.
Place in a mixer with the butter and whip. Add the cream and whip until
smooth. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Keep warm or
serve.
