Spicy Cheese Dip
1 lb. Velveeta
2 Tbsp. Scallions, fine chop
1 Tbsp. Green Peppers, fine chop
1 Tbsp. Hot Peppers, fine chop
1/4 cup Plum Tomato, fine chop
1-2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Cumin
Heat the cheese in a double boiler until melted.
Place the tomatoes into a sieve and press them a little to release the
juices and let drain. Add the tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients
to the cheese and stir well. Heat over low heat for 30 minutes and
serve.
