Spicy Cheese Dip

1 lb. Velveeta                      
2 Tbsp. Scallions, fine chop
1 Tbsp. Green Peppers, fine chop          
1 Tbsp. Hot Peppers, fine chop
1/4 cup Plum Tomato, fine chop              
1-2 tsp. Cayenne Pepper
1 tsp. Cumin


    Heat the cheese in a double boiler until melted. Place the tomatoes into a sieve and press them a little to release the juices and let drain. Add the tomatoes and the rest of the ingredients to the cheese and stir well.
