Favorite Poultry Recipes

Chicken & Vegetable Stir-Fry
Serves 4
1 lb. Chicken, cut into strips
6 oz. Broccoli, florets
6 oz. Carrots, sliced
4 oz. Sno-Peas
4 oz. Celery, sliced
4 oz. Onion, sliced
4 oz. Red Pepper, sliced
2 tsp. Garlic, minced
2 Scallions, sliced
2 tsp. Ginger, grated
2 tsp. Chili & Garlic Sauce
Soy Sauce to taste
1 Tbsp. Teriyaki Sauce
Sesame Oil as needed
Black Pepper to taste
Cornstarch & Water as needed
Heat some oil in a wok or sauté pan. Add the
chicken and cook for 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and add the
onions, peppers, broccoli, sno-peas and celery. Cook until the
vegetables have softened. Add the chicken back into the pan and add the
ginger, teriyaki, soy and chili garlic sauce. Stir well and adjust
seasonings. Thicken with the cornstarch and water. Add the scallions
and serve over rice.
