Individual Chocolate Indulgence Cakes
Serves 4
1 cup Bittersweet Chocolate
6 Tbsp. Butter, unsalted
1/4 cup Sugar
2 Eggs
1/4 cup All-Purpose Flour
Preheat the oven to 400°. In the top of a double
boiler, combine chocolate, butter and sugar until just melted. Add eggs
and whisk until well combined ; add flour and mix. Lightly grease four
4-ounce disposable aluminum cups, muffin molds or ramekins with baking
spray. Distribute batter among the four molds. Place molds on a baking
sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Do not over bake. Decorate plate with
melted chocolate and strawberry sauce. Invert molds onto individual
serving plates. Serve immediately.
