Citrus Dill Butter
Serves 4

1 Stick Unsalted Butter, softened      
1/2 Lemon Juiced  
1/2 Orange Juiced
2 tsp. Lemon Zest          
2 tsp. Orange Zest  
2 tsp. Dill, chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
