Favorite Salads and Dressing Recipes

Citrus Vinaigrette
Yield: 1 cup
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
1 tsp. Walnut Oil
Juice of 1 Lime
Juice of 1/2 Lemon
Juice of 1/2 Orange
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. Lemon Peel, grated
1 tsp. Orange Peel, grated
2 tsp. Dill, chopped
1 tsp. Thyme
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a bowl whisk together the mustard and the vinegar. Add
the oil in a steady stream. Add the juices and the rest of the
ingredients and chill.
