Corn Salsa
Yield: 3 cups

2 cups Corn
1/2 cup Plum Tomatoes, chopped
1/3 cup Red Onion, diced
1/4 cup Red Pepper, diced
2 Tbsp. Cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp. Lime Juice
1 to 2 Tbsp. Jalapeno, fine dice
1/2 tsp. Salt
