Cranberry Sauce Yield: about 1 Qt.
1
lb. Fresh
Cranberries
1 1/2 cups Sugar 2
cups
Water
1/4 cup Liquor 1
tsp.
Nutmeg
1 tsp. Cinnamon 1/2 - 1 tsp. Clove
Place all ingredients into a heavy medium saucepan. Bring to boil,
stirring until sugar dissolves. Reduce heat and cook until most berries
burst, about 10 minutes. Break up any whole cranberries with the back
of a spoon. Cool slightly and serve or refrigerate overnight.
