Cranberry Chutney
Yield: 1 1/2 cups

8 oz. Cranberries
1 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Water
1/4 Cup Orange juice
1/4 cup Golden Raisins
1/4 cup Walnuts, chopped
1 tsp. Orange Zest
1 tsp. Lemon Zest
1 tsp. ground Ginger
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 tsp. Cloves


In a two quart saucepan over medium heat beat cranberries, sugar and 1 cup water to boiling, stirring frequently. Reduce heat to low, add the rest of the ingredients and simmerfor 15 minutes.
