Crème Fraiche
Yield: 1 cup
3/4 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Buttermilk or Plain Yogurt
Place the ingredients in a glass or stainless bowl
and mix well. Cover and let sit in a warm place for 12 hours. When the
cream has thickened put into the refrigerator. This will keep for 2
weeks.
