Creole Tartar Sauce Yield: 1 1/4 cups
1 Cup Mayonnaise 1 tsp. Whole Grain Mustard 2 Tbsp. Dill Pickle, chopped 1 Lemon, juiced and zested 1 Tbsp. Scallion, minced 2 tsp. Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp. Parsley, fine chopped 1 dash Tabasco 2 tsp. Creole Seasoning Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients and refrigerate overnight.
