Bananas,
sliced
3/4 stick Butter 1
1/2 cups Brown
Sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon 1
tsp.
Nutmeg
1 tsp. Lemon Juice 1
Tbsp. Orange
Juice
4 oz. Dark Rum
Melt butter in a large sauté pan. Add the sugar cinnamon and nutmeg and
caramelize for 2 min. Add the juices and fruit and cook for 2 min. Pour
the rum into the pan and flame. After the flames die down stir until
the sauce is combined. Add bananas and stir for about 20 seconds. Serve
over Ice Cream.
