Ginger Soy Marinade
6 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1/2 cup Scallions, sliced
1/4 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Sesame Oil
1 Tbsp. Fresh Ginger, minced
2 tsp. Garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. Orange Juice
1 tsp. Pepper
Combine all
ingredients in a bowl and stir. Use immediately.
