Roasted Pignolia Gremolata
1 cup Pignolia Nuts, roasted & coarsely chopped
2 tsp. Garlic, finely chopped
1/4 cup Parsley, chopped
2 Tbsp. Lemon Zest, finely chopped
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and combine.
