Herb Croutons
1 loaf Fresh Bread
1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Marjoram
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°. Slice the bread into 1/2
inch slices. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl. Add the
bread cubes and toss well. Put the croutons on a sheet pan in a single
layer. Bake for 15– 20 min or until golden brown. Store in a
airtight container. |
