Herb Roasted Red Potatoes
Serves 4
1/12 lbs. Red Potatoes
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
2 tsp. Thyme
2 tsp. Rosemary
1 Tbsp. Parsley
1 tsp. Marjoram
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350°. Combine all of the
ingredients except the potatoes in a large bowl. Peel a strip from the
middle of the potatoes. Coat the potatoes with the spices and place on
a sheet pan. Roast for 45-60 minutes, depending on the size of the
potatoes. Remove from the oven and serve. |
