Honey Bourbon Glazed Ham
Ham
1 cup Honey
1/4-1/2 cup Bourbon
1 cup Brown Sugar
Preheat oven to 350°. In a bowl mix together all
of the ingredients except for the ham. Place the ham in a roasting pan.
With a sharp knife make slits in the ham and apply some of the glaze.
Put about an inch of water in the bottom of the pan cover, and place
into the oven. Bake until done (see chart). Continue to apply the glaze
every 20-30 minutes throughout the cooking process. After the ham is
done apply, glaze one last time and let rest for 15 minutes before
slicing.
