Favorite Salads and Dressing Recipes

Italian Dressing
Yield: 2 cups
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 tsp. Red Pepper, minced
2 tsp. Red Onion, minced
2 tsp. Green Pepper, minced
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. Parmesan Cheese
2 tsp. Lemon Juice
1 tsp. Dried Basil
1 tsp. Dried Oregano
Sugar to taste
Salt and Pepper to taste
In a bowl mix together the vinegars and the mustard.
Whip in the oils in a steady stream. Add the rest of the ingredients
and mix well. Store in a air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
