Favorite Appetizer Recipes

Lamb Tikka
Serves 4
1 lb. Lamb Shoulder, 1” cubes
5 oz. Natural Yogurt
1 clove Garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp. Ground Coriander
juice of 1 Lemon
2 tsp. Parsley, chopped
1 tsp. Turmeric
1 tsp. Chili Powder
1 tsp. Garam Masala
Combine all the ingredients except for the lamb in a
bowl and mix well. Add the lamb cubes and marinate in the refrigerator
for 2 hours. Split the lamb between 8 skewers. Grill for 10 –15
minutes or until desired doneness. While cooking brush with excess
marinade. Serve atop salad greens.
