Cheese Lasagna Serves 8-10
1 lb. Lasagna Noodles, cooked and cooled 1X Lasagna Cheese and Spinach Blend 1X Lasagna Sauce 4 Lbs. Mozzarella Cheese 1 cup Parmesan, Shredded
Preheat
oven to 350°. In a large roasting or lasagne pan place a thin
layer of sauce. Place a layer of noodles on the sauce. Spread 1/3 of
the cheese blend on the noodles. Spread a layer of sauce on the cheese.
Srinkle 1/4 of the mozzarella over the sauce and then sprinkle 1/3 of
the parmesan. Repeat twice. Place the last layer of noodles on the
lasagna and top with sauce reserving 1/4 of the shredded mozzarella.
Cover with aluminium foil and place into the oven for 45 minutes.
Remove from the oven and uncover. Top with the remaining cheese and put
back into the oven and bake untill the cheese is golden brown and the
internal temperature is 160°. If the temperature is not hot enough and
the cheese is brown recover with aluminium foil. When cooked remove
from the oven and let rest for 15 minutes and serve.
