Favorite Salads and Dressing Recipes

Lemon Garlic Dressing
Serves 4
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Cider Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
2 tsp. Lemon Zest
2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
2 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Dill
2 tsp. Parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix together the juice, vinegar, and mustard in a bowl.
Whisk in the oil in a slow but steady stream. Add the rest of the
ingredients and refrigerate overnight. |
