Lime and Avocado Sour Cream

1 Avocado, chopped
8 oz. Sour Cream
zest of 1 Lime
juice of 2 Limes
3 Sundried Tomatoes, chopped
1 Tbsp. Chives

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate overnight.
