Favorite Cape Cod Seafood Recipes

Lobster Sliders Serves 4
2-1 1/2 lb. Lobsters, cut into small chunks 1/4 cup Mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. Sour Cream 1 Rib Celery, small dice Juice of 1/2 Lemon 1 Tbsp. Chives Salt and pepper to taste Romaine Lettuce as needed about 4 leaves 12 Slider Rolls
Combine
all of the ingredients except the lobster, lettuce and rolls in a bowl
and combine well. Add the lobster and gently fold in. Serve on the
rolls with the lettuce and serve 3 to person.
