Favorite Poultry Recipes

Marinated Grilled Chicken
Serves 4
4 Chicken Breasts
2 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbsp. White Wine
1/2 Lemon, juiced
2 tsp. Garlic
1 tsp. Thyme
1 tsp. Rosemary
Salt and Pepper to taste
Remove the skin and any fat on the breasts. Combine
the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Add the chicken
breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Heat your grill to medium
and place the chicken onto it. Grill for 5-8 minutes per side depending
on thickness. Give the breasts a quarter turn on each side to make
diamond grill marks if desired. Remove from the grill and serve.
