Marinated Grilled London Broil Serves 4
1-2 lb. London Broil 1/3 cup Olive Oil 1/2 cup Red Wine 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce 1 1/2 Tbsp. Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp. Rosemary, chopped 2 tsp. Thyme Salt and pepper to taste
Mix
all of the ingredients except the meat in bowl. Add the meat and
marinate for up to 8 hours. Preheat your grill to medium high heat.
Remove the steak from the marinade and pat dry. Place the steak on the
grill and cook to desired doneness, about 8 minutes per side for medium
rare. Transfer the steak to a cutting board and let stand for 10
minutes before carving. Slice against the grain and serve.
