Herbed Matzo Balls
4 Eggs
1 cup Matzo Meal
4 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp. Dill
1 tsp. Chives
1 tsp. Parsley
Salt and Pepper to taste
Whisk together eggs, oil, nutmeg, herbs, salt and
pepper. Stir in matzo meal and combine until smooth. Do not over mix or
they will be tough. Cover and refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
