Chef Don's Favorite Sauce and Pesto Recipes

Sauce and Pesto Recipes
Spicy Mirin Dipping Sauce
Yield: 1/2 cup

1/4 cup Soy Sauce                       
2 Tbsp. Mirin
2 Tbsp. Sake                           
1 Tbsp. Honey
1-2 tsp. Wasabi Powder                   
2 tsp. Ginger, minced          


    Combine all ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for 24 hours. Serve in a shallow dipping bowl with a scallion garnish.
