Favorite Sauce, Pesto & Salsa Recipes

Orange Hoisin Sauce
Serves 4
2 Tbsp. Hoisin Sauce
1/4 cup Orange Marmalade
1 Tbsp. Soy Sauce
1 tsp. Ginger, grated
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. Scallions, sliced
1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper
Heat the hoisin, marmalade, soy, ginger, garlic and pepper
flakes into a sauce pan and bring to simmer. Simmer for 10 to 15
minutes or until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from the heat and
add the scallions. Refrigerate over night.
