Fresh Pear and Fig Mixed Green Salad
Serves 4
4 cups Spring Mix
1 Bartlett Pear, cored and thinly sliced
6 Fresh Figs, sliced in half
4 Tbsp. Gorgonzola, crumbled
4 Tbsp. Pine Nuts, toasted
Citrus Vinaigrette
Place a pile of greens on each salad plate. Arrange the fruits on top
and sprinkle with cheese and nuts. Lightly drizzle with vinaigrette.
