Pan Seared Pork Chops with Balsamic Peaches Serves 4
4 (4-ounce) Boneless Pork Chops (about 1/2 inch thick) Grilling Spice 1 cup Onion, thin slice 3 Peaches, sliced, skin on 2 Tbsp. Honey 1 tsp. Fresh Ginger, grated 2 tsp. Balsamic Vinegar 1 Tbsp. White Wine 1/8 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper 1 tsp. Fresh Thyme, chopped Olive Oil as needed Salt and Pepper to taste
Sprinkle
grilling spice evenly over both sides of chops. Heat the olive oil in a
large nonstick skillet over medium heat until it shimmers. Add
pork to pan; cook 3 minutes on each side or until done.
Place chops on a serving platter, and keep warm.
Add
onion and peaches to skillet; cook until caramelized. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Cook 3 minutes or until slightly thick, stirring
constantly. Serve peach mixture with chops.
Grilling Spice
2 tsp. Kosher Salt 1
tsp. Black
Pepper
2 tsp. Garlic Powder 2
tsp. Onion
Powder
2 tsp. Thyme, dried 1
tsp. Oregano,
dried
1 tsp. Cayenne Pepper 2 tsp. Paprika
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Mix well.
