Favorite Beef Recipes

English Pub Burgers
Serves 4
1 lb. Ground Sirloin
2 Tbsp. Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste
4 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
4-1/4” slices Tomato
4 English Muffins, burger sized
1/4 cup Béarnaise Sauce
Combine the meat, garlic, worcestershire, salt and pepper
in a bowl. Form into patties and cook on a preheated grill until your
desired doneness. Meanwhile toast the muffins and place on a plate.
Place the lettuce first followed by the tomato, then the burger. Top
with béarnaise and serve.
