Favorite Salads and Dressing Recipes

Ranch Dressing
Yield: 1 1/2 cups
3/4 cup Mayonnaise
1/2 cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Buttermilk
1 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Parsley, minced
2 tsp. Shallots, minced
2 tsp. Chives, minced
1 1/2 tsp. Garlic, minced
dash of Tabasco
2 tsp. Fresh Ground Pepper
Salt to taste
In a bowl mix together all of the ingredients. Store in a air tight container for up to 10 days.
