Favorite Salads and Dressing Recipes

Raspberry Vinaigrette
Serves 4
3/4 cup Vegetable Oil
2 Tbsp. Walnut Oil
1/4 cup Raspberry Vinegar
2 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. Dijon Mustard
1/4 cup Raspberry Preserves
Salt and White Pepper to taste
Sugar to taste
In a bowl mix together the vinegars, mustard and
raspberry preserves. Add the oils in a steady stream. Add the rest of
the ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Store in a air tight container
for up to 2 weeks.
