Favorite Sauce, Pesto & Salsa Recipes

Roast Red Pepper and Dill Cream
Yield: 1 cup
3/4
cup Sour Cream
1/4 cup Roast Red Pepper, find dice
1
Tbsp. Dill
1 tsp. Shallots, minced
Squeeze of Fresh Lemon Juice
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Combine all ingredients. Refrigerate overnight and serve.
