Favorite Sauce, Pesto & Salsa Recipes

Dill Pickle Relish Yield: 2 1/2 cups
3/4 lb. Pickling Cucumbers, small dice 3 Tbsp. Dill, chopped 2 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar 2 Tbsp. Garlic, minced 1 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil Salt and pepper to taste
Combine
the ingredients in a medium bowl. Let sit for 30 minutes at room
temperature, stirring occasionally. Discard the garlic cloves. Season
with more vinegar and salt and pepper to taste, and serve.
