Rolled Spinach and Sausage Lasagna Serves 4
4 Lasagna Sheets, cooked 12 oz. baby Spinach, wilted and drained 8 oz. Sweet Italian Sausage, cooked and crumbled 1X Lasagna Cheese Blend 1X Lasagna Sauce
Preheat
oven to 350°. Lay out a lasagna sheet on a cutting board. Spread 1/4 of
the cheese blend evenly onto the sheet. Arrange 1/4 of the sausage
evenly on top of the cheese and lightly press in. Spread 1/4 of the
cooked spinach on top of the sausage and cheese. Roll up the lasagna
sheet and secure with a toothpick if necessary. Repeat with the other
sheets. Put 2 cups of lasagna sauce into a 8” square baking dish.
Place each roll up into the pan and cover with aluminum foil. Place
into the oven and bake for 30-45 minutes or until the sauce is bubbly
and the filling is hot. Serve.
